Ellen Peeples Cregan
A native Houstonian, Ellen studied at Parsons School of Design in Paris, France before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising at The University of Texas at Austin. Before founding Cregan Design in 1993, she worked extensively in magazine and textbook design, and with several architectural and graphic design firms. Since 1993, she has seen her firm grow into an award-winning organization with a solid reputation for design excellence.
From January 2008 to April 2014, Ellen also served as Managing Partner and Creative Director of Bright Sky Press, a Houston-based press creating fine books for trade distribution and limited-edition private volumes. During this time, she was directly involved in the design, production, project management and art direction of over 90 published titles.
Passionate about design and communication, Ellen’s full focus returned to Cregan Design in April 2014. She continues to collaborate with clients to produce quality and effective communications collateral, making sure every project that flows through Cregan Design meets a high standard of excellence, delivered on time and on budget.
Since May, 2020, Ellen has been employed full time by International Facility Management Association (IFMA), a former client, where she is Director of Creative Services. Various side hustles still find their way to her, so if you have an interesting project please contact her below.
